On completion of your order, we will endeavour to dispatch it to you within the next working day. Please note, we do not dispatch at weekends or public holidays. Delivery should take 2-3 working days once dispatched. We use Royal Mail signed for delivery services and our delivery area covers UK Mainland covered under Royal Mail only.
Correspondence regarding your order will be made via the email address given by you. We will email you to confirm that your order has been received and again when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the delivery address specified on your order. Our deliveries will require a signature and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If an item is held at the post office awaiting collection and it has not been subsequently collected, or if a delivery is refused and returned to us by Royal Mail, then a £6.50 charge will apply for the cost incurred on us by Royal Mail for the returning items.
The order shall become your responsibility upon delivery of the Goods and should be inspected upon receipt.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, starting the day after the day the goods come into your physical possession or the person that you ask us to deliver the goods to. Please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com stating your order number and that you wish to cancel.
Goods will need to be returned by you at your own expense and should be returned in their original packaging, unused, in a perfect resalable condition and accompanied by a valid order reference to our registered address. You should ensure goods are returned within 14 days from the date of notifying us. You will be accountable for the goods until they are back in our possession, therefore we advise that you send the goods with adequate proof of postage as we cannot be held liable if Goods are lost in transit.
You will receive a full refund for the order, except for return postal charges.
If returned Goods are found to be damaged due to it being your fault you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
Goods should be inspected upon receipt and if there is a problem with the goods, you should notify us within 3 working days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with an image and description of the problem as this will help us to sort any issues promptly.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by you to us, packaged to prevent further damage, to our registered address. You will be entitled to a full refund of your order plus any return postal charges incurred if the Goods are in fact defective. If a replacement is required new Goods will only be sent once the damaged ones have been received by us and a refund of postage incurred by you will be made.
Refunds for returned goods can only be made to the credit/debit card which was used for the original purchase.
